About Me
My primary profession is full-stack web software engineer, and I have been actively working in this programming field for more than 11 years. During this time, I have worked on different kinds of projects, including both web applications and websites. I completed all these projects successfully and provided top technology solutions according to the latest trends.
Even though full stack development is my primary occupation, I also worked in different fields and expanded my skill set. In my 11 years of experience, I have worked as a:
- Front-end software engineer
- Backed-end software engineer
- Graphic designer
- Freelancer (front-end & back-end)
- Data Visualizer software engineer
- Maps and GIS development
I was always interested in web technologies and wanted to learn how to make websites. When I made my first website, I realized I wanted to know even more. I tried to do different work on web development projects. I started learning front-end on my own, and everything I learned was through online videos, blogs, and learning courses. I was passionate about web technologies and always wanted to learn what’s behind them.
However, even after a couple of years of front-end work, my thirst for knowledge hasn’t stopped. This is how I got into the back-end. I started learning about these fields, and after some practice, I landed several freelance gigs through which I gathered more experience and learned valuable skills.
Freelancing helped me improve in all areas I was familiar with, and it helped me learn about the business world altogether. I know how it works. Working at various companies helped me learn about teamwork and community, but freelancing made me a better software engineer, able to rely on myself alone to get the job done.
Now, I am looking to become a more skilled full-stack software engineer. With my versatile knowledge in programming, it’s only a matter of time before I achieve this. My personality is what helped me get here and what helps me improve as a professional software engineer. I approach my career development like programming: when there is an issue, I identify problems and learn how to solve them.
I am dedicated to my work and always ready to give everything I’ve got, even when things aren’t going well. I am always prepared to sit down for as long as necessary to get the job done.
I have a problem-solving mindset and always try to avoid sloppy programming, no matter what kind of project we are talking about.
If an issue seems small and insignificant, I am willing to spend much time fixing it before continuing with the project. I am resourceful and self-motivated. I was able to learn everything on my own, and I built my career from scratch. This translates to my work, and that’s why I can always come up with valuable solutions.
